Question 1

Can animatronic dinosaurs be fully customized for my park?

Yes. Species, size, posture, skin color, movements, sounds and trigger modes such as infrared sensors, remote control or push buttons can be customized. Every project starts with design drawings that are approved by the buyer before production begins.

Question 2

How long does production take?

Accepted Answer

Lead time depends on quantity, size and complexity. As a reference, an order of 10 custom animatronic dinosaurs for MovieTowne in Trinidad and Tobago was completed and inspected within 30 days. A confirmed schedule is provided once the design is approved.

Question 3

Are the dinosaurs suitable for outdoor use?

Accepted Answer

Outdoor models are built with welded steel frames, high-density foam, silicone skin and protected electrical systems, and every unit passes inspection before shipment. Please share your local climate so materials and coatings can be specified accordingly.

Question 4

What warranty and after-sales support is provided?

Accepted Answer

Selected products include up to a 24-month warranty, together with lifetime technical support, spare-parts assistance, wiring diagrams and video installation guidance. On-site technician service is available for suitable projects.

Question 5

How are large dinosaurs shipped overseas?

Accepted Answer

Large models can be engineered in sections for container shipping and reassembled on site with remote guidance or technician support, depending on project requirements.
